Installation Guides

Windows Installation

  1. 1 Download v2rayN from the apps page Installation guides
  2. 2 Extract the archive to any folder
  3. 3 Run v2rayN.exe
  4. 4 Import configuration via "Subscription" menu

Android Installation

  1. 1 Download v2rayNG APK from the apps page Installation guides
  2. 2 Install the app (allow installation from unknown sources)
  3. 3 Open the app
  4. 4 Tap "+" and select "Import from clipboard"

iOS Installation

  1. 1 Download Shadowrocket from App Store
  2. 2 Open the app
  3. 3 Tap "+" in the upper right corner
  4. 4 Select "Subscription" and paste the link

macOS Installation

  1. 1 Download V2Box from the apps page Installation guides
  2. 2 Open DMG file and drag to Applications
  3. 3 Launch the app
  4. 4 Import configuration via menu

Troubleshooting

VPN Won't Connect

Possible solutions:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure the configuration is up to date
  • Try another server from the list
  • Restart the VPN app
  • Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall

Slow Speed

Possible solutions:

  • Choose a server closer to your location
  • Check network load from other apps
  • Try a different connection protocol
  • Update the app to the latest version

Configuration Import Error

Possible solutions:

  • Make sure you copied the entire link
  • Check subscription validity
  • Try downloading the configuration again
  • Use another import method (QR code, file)
